CHRIS HOLLAND - CHEF DIRECTOR

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I have garnered numerous accolades and accreditations throughout my culinary journey. My love for food was ignited during my early years, spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother. This passion has blossomed into a lifelong commitment to the craft, using food and ingredients as my medium to bring joy to people's lives.

 

Throughout my career, I have achieved notable accomplishments, including the prestigious honour of earning 3 Rosettes and participating in the renowned Great British Menu in 2013. In January 2023, I had the pleasure of marrying my soulmate, and i’m blessed with two wonderful grown-up children, one of whom, my son Jordan, who has followed in my footsteps and become a chef.

While I do call Cheshire home, I extend my services to clients across UK and Europe.

Having dined in some of the world's finest restaurants, I have been inspired to replicate those unforgettable culinary experiences in the comfort of your own home or at your special event.

  • Chris was a teacher and trainer, he developed training classes on the sous vide technique and his presenting style and knowledge was unsurpassable. Customers were entranced by his stories from his own time in the kitchen and amazed by the taste of the products he produced. I cannot remember a course where the feedback wasn’t exemplary, and Chris cleverly tailored the tastings to ensure the visiting customers had something that resonated with them. It became clear that he was not only an excellent Chef, but his way of presenting made him an excellent sales representative for us. So well regarded was the course that it became the first and only accredited Sous Vide course recognised by the Food Standards Agency, something that we were very proud of.
